Stop worrying & Start Living
Ever wonder about how our relationship has lost its joy. Ever since we both have got so comfortable with each other not caring about impressing each other with our flirty behavior.
Why are we always worrying about problems as if our worry is gonna solve em . Worrying is actually gonna make things worse . It's just a stress , it never changes the impact of problem apart from its intensity on our mental well-being.
I know we have problems but worrying is not the right way to react .
Who Are the Worriers?
Why are some people so prone to "what if disease," while others merely worry about something when it happens?
What if we get lost not worrying , aware and concerned about our finances , problems and instead get lost in making our today a better day . Seizing this day that we have at the moment , in the present, this very second as I'm writing this ... I'm thinking of u.
I'm thinking about the way these words would make you feel .
We are humans , we live sad worried anxious thinking we will be happy if we have this or that or maybe if once this problem is solved . Most are unaware of time , they been waiting for the future all their life . Planning for future . And once that day arrives they are still busy planning the future without living the days .
Thinking all their good moments which they planned are ment to occur in future 🔮
Instead of trying to live freely like a butterfly which is not afraid to fly .
Stop the clock.
Worried people often have a sense of urgency They think,
'I need the answer right now and if I don't get it then something terrible will happen.'
Rather than focus on the sense of urgency, instead focus on what you observe right now.
Ask yourself, 'What can I do in the present moment to make my life more pleasant or meaningful?'
You can either focus your mind on getting an answer right now or focus on improving the moment.
The latter is the better strategy. Take a deep breath, read, or listen to music to stop the clock and curtail your anxiety.
